SuperEnduro | The first race for the JEWC saw South African Blake Gutzeit taking a smart victory

The first race for the JEWC saw South African Blake Gutzeit taking a smart victory. He rode a mistakefree race, second was Ignacio Fernandez from Spain and rounding out the top 3 was French Max Vial coming through the field.
Defending champ Colton Haaker clocked the fastest time in the Super Pole of the SEWC class and showed immediately who is the boss in the ring. He continued the story by taking the holeshot in race 1, gapped the riders behind him and after that didn’t waste too much energy untill seeing the checkered flag as the first rider. Alfredo Gomez was almost invisible the whole race but his smooth performance resulted in finishing in the runner up spot. Brit’s own Jonny Walker made his life hard when he had a mid-race crash in the stone section. After that he quickly made moves to get back to third but there his journey forward ended as Haaker and Gomez had already checked out.

Austrian’s Pascal Rauchenecker became the crowd’s favourite when he was the only rider to jump over a double and even one triple jump. Those spectacular performance gave him 5th place, coming up short over Spaniard Mario Roman by just a few seconds.
