Race & Caribbean holidays at Machete Hard Enduro
Machete Hard Enduro registrations open.
It will take place from the 27th to 29th April in Cabarete, Puerto Plata (Dominican
Republic). The best riders in the world will race The Original Caribbean Race
and 350 amateur participants will enjoy an event where hard enduro and
Tropical holidays go in the same hand.
Machete Hard Enduro has announced the registration open day for the III edition.
Riders all over the World can register online next Tuesday 16th January on the
official website http://www.machetehardenduro.com. From 27th to 29th April
2018, enduro riders can join the Original Caribbean Race. The location will be
the same as last year: Cabarete, in the touristic region of Puerto Plata (Dominican
Republic). This new edition will have three-day-race with one Caribbean Beach
Prolog and two days in the Dominican jungle.
The best riders in the world such as Graham Jarvis, Alfredo Gómez, Cody Webb,
Billy Bolt or Mario Román will face the Dominican challenge. Last year, the
American rider of KTM, Cody Webb took the overall in an awesome race with more
than 350 participants.
Race + holiday package!
Machete Hard Enduro is the most enjoyable event and the race with more
participants in Latin America. After II editions, the race continues growing up and
for the first time, rider packs are available.
International riders can participate in Machete Hard Enduro for a low-cost fee:
– 3 nights beach hotel resort
– Airport transfer from Puerto Plata International airport
– Motorbike rental: KTM, Husqvarna or Beta from M.Y 2015
– Professional mechanic assistant
Price of the pack starts on 1,600 US$. More hotel nights, bike rental days or guided
tours can be solicited and more information available at
email@example.com. However, only registration fee will start on 80 US$
but it will increase 10 US$ each month until April (110 US$).
The most enjoyable race format
The race starts on Friday Caribbean Beach Prolog. A SuperEnduro prologue where
riders from the 2nd place will get a time penalty. Participants will face different
obstacles like coconuts pool, Palmera tree logs or rum barrels in a white sand beach
Race day 1 will get riders inside the green Dominican jungle. Different loops to a
cross-country format with time bar in 4 hours. Race 2 will be the same track but
After a weekend of hard enduro, riders can have fun in the prize giving a party. A live
music party on the beach to say goodbye to The Original Caribbean Race.

this year the number of participants will be reduced to 350. So take the date and
